Hey there!
My name is Roxi and I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), Fitness Trainer (CPT, NASM), and Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT).
The work I do is designed to help individuals, couples, and families break through limiting beliefs, lose weight, and embrace their inner power. I do this through helping clients discover new coping skills, embrace their emotions, improve their communication, and eat foods that will promote their health.
My approach is a holistic blend of talk counseling, action exercises, and facilitating community support*.
Over 15 years ago, I lost over 100 lbs myself, so the process of getting healthy is very near and dear to me. I get the struggles, the frustration, and the need for compassionate guidance.
So if there are several things I've learned on this journey, it's these key points:
• It takes true strength and effort in a world of shiny marketing and fabricated beauty to get up each morning, stand tall, and look in the mirror at your face and body with confidence, acceptance, and self-love.
• Quality of life is a major gift, and self care (in all its forms) is the narrow path to unlocking that quality of life.
• Investing your time, attention, and energy into your well-being is essential to long term, life changing success - which seems counter-intuitive to our current work-til-you-drop culture.

We're also acknowledged by the US Senate as being a crucial key player in the preventative healthcare sphere. Even huge insurance companies like Cigna are now offering Health Coaches as a wellness initiative to start addressing the root cause of illness versus just treating the symptoms. It’s an exciting time to get healthy!
